Mr. Walley the Rapper as you can find him on Facebook is an independent artist hailing from Haiti. He is currently taking classes in the Republic of Dominica towards his major of Accounting. We commend him on putting education in the equation of Haitian Hip-Hop fame. It does not hurt to get an education while still pursuing your dreams.
