Anthropological Project on the African Religious Heritage and the Syncretism of Religion in Haiti: Shot at a Peristyle in Les Cayes after a night of sacrifices after offering to the "Loas(Spirits)". Tradition holds that nothing of animals sacrificed goes to waste. So in this image, you see the meat of the carcass being cut and prepared for cooking then to share.
