Learned young not to expect and wait to see what is done. Went through too many disappointments early and had to make decision will I be a cry baby about it or do something? I chose to self-help myself out of feeling down over short comings of others and self. If being reflective, you too have not held up your end due to circumstances beyond control. Yet, the other person who is also affected blames you not understanding you were handicap some how. So I like to hear one out then move on. I will react but then let it go, hum a tune calming down.
